I had a previous agent helping me to sell and buy but after 6 months, nothing was happening so i looked for michael. Both sell and buy transaction was completed successfully in less than 3 months. Michael also helped in all the process of getting HDB approval, etc... from start to end. He patiently showed me with screenshots where to navigate in HDB portal to do the necessary and what to pay and what to bring along on the completion date. Also, give valuable advice based on his experience which i did not get from my past agents. i basically do not need to do anything except printing out and signing the necessary document. I would say he is the best agent i ever had after selling and buying 3 apartments previously. Defintely will recommend him to any of my friends who intend to sell/buy apartment.
